Big Data Analytics & System
Today, computer device is in everywhere including micro-computer such as remote controller. All the devices generate it's own data so huge amount of data is flowing out. I'm interested in dealing with such a big data. I want to learn about Big Data Systems, Data Mining, etc.
Graph Processing System
Most of big data is represented as graph format. Moreover, to run a machine learning, it generates node to predict and the nodes are linked each other: it's also a graph. I want to process such large-scale graph faster. This can be used in many ways, such as predicting an optimal customer who influences other customers a lot. I've studied disk-based graph processing system such as FlashGraph or PowerGraph. Now, I'm on research about uncertain graphs which is much more general than certain graphs.
Machine Learning
/ Artificial Intelligence
Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence are hot topic in everywhere. It learns itself from generated data and find out optimal solution if new data come. As the IT devices are used anywhere, and they generate huge data. It is adaptable wherever data generated. Moreover, it doesn't need data to learn in these days. I'm looking a way to combine it with my research area.
